Horrible customer service when you have an issue!! Never received my shoe boxes although online it says it was delivered and has a picture of the porch FedEx delivered to. Well of course the picture was not of my porch. Reached out to FedEx who says the tracking number I provided (which is on my account) is incorrect and does not match my name. I have sent 3 online messages to the manufacturer (suggested by Temu) and have yet to receive a response. I've been trying for days to get this settled to no avail!!! Guess I can kiss that money good bye! This was my first and last time ordering anything from Temu!
