Temu sent me something that I did not order. Customer service kept me on the phone for an hour and 15 minutes while I was trying to get a refund. Once they agreed to give me a refund he pointed out that giving me a refund was a courtesy. Huh? Since this has happened before, I started to see the pattern. First they ask you stupid questions when you tell them that you received something you didn’t order. One of the questions “ was the item actually delivered to you ?” It got really stupid and then I explained to the individual on the phone that I was going to speak with my credit card company and then you can deal with them. The next day I received another order in which I ordered two items which were identical. Only one arrived. Guaranteed they will charge me for both and keep me on the phone for another hour and 15 minutes since they really are badly trained. If they send you two items that are identical when you didn’t order it they will charge you for both. If you order one item and two identical ones arrive they will charge you for both. This is why they have such a terrible reputation. It is well-deserved.
