I placed an order of 32 clothes items. They were shipped in a bag by USPS. The bag was caught in the machine at the post office & only 1 item arrived. (Temu only insured package for $100). I could not get Temu to do anything about the matter. I had pictures proving this situation happen.
They would not even help me with the USPS. Their customer service is terrible. You never can talk to a live person. Now I am out of $293.68. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM…..
