DON'T TRUST TEMU!! I used to like this app until I didn't receive the last package I ordered and been trying to get help for a week now but all I get is having to repeat the same messages explaining my issue and getting the same replies and being told to wait 24 hour and not receiving any reply after 24 hour so I have to start again repeating everything just to be told that they will review the issue and get back to me in 24 hours. I just found out this business isn't even BBB accredited.
