They're basically a dollar store. Don't have high expectations and you'll be fine. My go to place for party supplies and kids shoes (their tshirts are usually a no for me).
I've always looked at reviews and photos and 90% of my experiences have been great and those experiences made up for the few hiccups. But I could always contact temu for issues, such as broken items.
