Past orders were received on time, but my last order was placed on August 3 and they split the order in 5 different orders. It has been an nightmare. I received the first order which was one item. Then another one item and so on...the last order was a bulk order which I keep getting emails with tracking, but tracking is not updated and the order keeps getting delayed :( I don't know if I will continue to buy with such a bad experience. Chatting is awful as it is a computer generated chat!
