I don’t recommend Temu. Their return/refund policy doesn’t adequately protect buyers’ rights. When I make a purchase, they charge me immediately, but when it comes to refunds, I have to wait days or even weeks.
Amazon processes refunds within 2 hours, so why does Temu hold our money for so long?
