I am very disappointed with the delivery service. I scheduled my parcel to be delivered between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on 15th October, but it still hasn’t arrived. To make matters worse, I did not receive any call or update from the courier representative, leaving me completely in the dark.
This delay caused me to be late for an important meeting, which is unacceptable. I expected better communication and timely delivery. Extremely dissatisfied with this experience.
