Nabil Shibli I returned to purchase in this platform, after I decided some time ago not to do so, because of the very poor local delivery service that lacks any regard for customers. Not once did they deliver the package arrived from Temo to the local store I chose to collect the package when ordering. It seems that the delivery company gave Temo a cheap price quote in exchange for convenient delivery, meaning to distribute the packages to suitable collection points for them without any consideration for the customer. The delivery company does not do the same with other sellers. I know that I have packages from other sellers that are usually sent to the point I chose when ordering. This means they are only interested in selling. From their perspective, proper customer service does not exist. It is not worth the effort. It is tiring and causes mental anguish. Better to stay away.
