Temu hired a courier service that won't deliver to my address. I have 3 orders that I cannot get delivered and Temu refuses to refund. Temu insisted that I spend an enormous amount of time proving non-delivery. That is very difficult when the courier co won't answer their phones or respond to emails. I have no idea where my parcels are and Temu will not check into it. I am out $170.
