I ordered a lot of things on Temu.com recently, and I'm happy what I got for most of them.
There was an incident happened on my order with Temu a week ago. I ordered a bathtub door, the website showed the order was delivered, but I didn't receive it. After I contacted the customer service, I received full refund in 3 days.
