The worst experience ever.ordered a cat tree and never received it. Said I couldn’t get a refund because of proof of delivery and the photo for proof wasn’t even my house. Told me to contact the provider which I tried to but they have no customer service just a AI chat that takes over 4 hours to respond will not be buying from there again this is the second time I’ve had a problem
