Temu sucks on refunds.. I bought 12 items on temu thru a certain merchandiser.. temu is totally automated.. tried to do a refund.. 2-4 business days before it's even reviewed.. Christmas is almost here.. the company I got it from was quick to answer me n give a refund.. but they said they need me to cancel my refund with temu so they can start theyre refund..let's see how quick temu is to cancel my cancel of refund.. not cool of temu.. never had a problem.. but a refund is apparently a big problem for them
