I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Temu. First, I received broken plant pots in my order. I reported the issue and was told that a credit would be applied, but that never happened. On top of that, my messages disappeared, and I received no further updates. Recently, I placed another order, which promised a bunch of free items. However, not only did I never receive the free items, but I was also charged for them! The items I was supposed to get for free were never sent, and the whole process felt like a waste of time. Additionally, the app's endless wheel of tasks is frustrating and time-consuming. It's been a terrible experience overall, and I will be uninstalling the app.
