I have spent over 4 1/2 hours total on three separate calls because of errors made by Temu, and absolutely wasted my time because they did not honor any of their previous agreements that we’re made by previous representatives. I have made over 120 orders and they still do not treat me as a repeat buyer. They are getting very close to loosing a customer on a permanent basis. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with their customer service. A thousand apologies does not make up for all of their mistakes m.
