Temu has gotten from being good to really bad in terms of customer service. They value the sellers more than customers and have policies that inconvenience customers more to discourage refund requests. In clear situations showing that the seller is at fault like sending different items instead of what was ordered, Temu should refund without requiring the customer to return said incorrect items. Especially if returning means having to drive 40km each way to the depot/ drop point.
