I never received my order, even though the tracking indicated it was ‘successfully delivered.’ Temu repeatedly closed my complaint without taking it seriously and even claimed it was ‘too late’ for an investigation, despite their own delays. PostNL confirmed through their system that Temu never contacted them, even though Temu falsely claimed they had. They also confirmed that if Temu had contacted them, they would have verified that the package was not delivered. Klarna was also unable to help as Temu refused to cooperate. Now I am left without my money and no resolution. Do not buy from Temu if you expect your order to arrive or any form of customer service!
