I made and confirmed an order by mistake on temu. Paid everything and when I cancelled an order and asked for refund, they sent me invoices and reference numbers, but till now I haven't gotten a message from them or my money. They gave me dates when id receive my money but the dates have passed and I still haven't received anything till now
