I bought a hat and when I got it, it was badly damaged and instead of giving a $5.00 refund after I show the picture, they want it returned. It is and was trashed. Not letting you sell it to someone else. I rather take the lost. I can upload other files but they must have it fixed where you can't upload the damaged merchandise to show as proof.
