Requested cancelation of a item five minutes after I ordered it by mistake. Received email on 2/28 stating refund would be processed by 3/30. Called customer service and was asked 8 times to describe the item. Each time I gave the actual description from my order and it could not be found. Now I've been sent to the online site which can not find my previous order. Truly aggravating!
