I was very disappointed when I didn't receive my refunds. It's difficult to get proper help from staff. I realized I wasn't getting refunds until I checked a couple of times. When I looked at my backwards refund I realized I wasn't refunded, I was told to go to my bank it could be a problem with my bank not receiving refunds which I thought was lame but went to the bank anyway and it was confirmed I didn't receive the refunds. When I queried it with Temu I was told the account was closed and cannot receive the refund. My warning to people check out refunds. Was very disappointed that I lost over R700 from trusting my temu account that showed I received the refunds
