This is a scam company. I ordered 2 sandals according to the size chart. The website is a hot mess - two different size charts with 2 conflicting sets of information, one chart by the sandals, another in a different place. So, I talked to customer service to make sure the conversion to US sizes was correct, and ordered the size they said was correct. Both the sandals came too small to even wear. I cannot even give them away because even though they are supposed to be a 7, they are like a 6. I don't even know any teenagers who are a size 6. So in the trash they go. Last time I will order anything from this piece of garbage company.
