I have had back to back issues with my last 3 orders i placed on temu. These orders total over $1000. When first contacting support in regards to getting an update on my delivery, the rep i spoke with was rude, belittling, and absolutely disregarded everything I was upset about. When I attempted to escalate it to his supervisor he took it upun himself to refund my order back to a payment method I have no access to. And after creating a ticket and attempting for any support in how this was all handled, was told to basically deal with it and nothing can be done. By far the most horrible experience I have had with any business. Will be deleting my account after my last attempt to get suppor
