I never had any issues until now. Now neither TEMU or the famous carrier is taking responsibility for anything. They just want me to wait 7 more days (I already paid my credit card) to ask for a refund and who knows how many days I will have to wait to get the refund if I do receive it. I have three more orders on the way the total of the five around CAD 700+ dollars and NO ONE is assuring me anything. They give you 5 dollar credit back like that will substitute the items I WANTED and that is why I ordered them and now they are either sold out or MORE EXPENSIVE. I guess I should have NEVER leave Amazon for this company.
