I've been shopping with Temu now for more than a year, I never had a problem! If I didn't receive something, or the goods was damaged or didn't work, they refunded it immediately ! That kind of things happen, but they were always taking care of the problem, like I said in a few seconds! And I already bought hundreds of things with Temu, and I'm really happy with their quality and service! Me and my wife are very satisfied with Temu !
