I've had an issue escalate through customer service where not once did they actually address the issue. On chat, the representative does not directly answer your questions. I asked if 53+47 =100 (in direct line with what my inquiry was) and they fed me some kind of long-winded scripted answer. Even when I repeated the question, they avoided it. They also kept referring to me as "dear customer" although I asked them repeatedly not to do so. After offering to escalate once more, I received a reply at 11:12 pm that the ticket was closed at 11:09 pm, including an invitation to reply before the ticket was closed.
