I ordered an office chair from Temu to replace my old one, but unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. To this day, I have not received the chair, nor even a proper apology from Temu for the lost order.
Instead of a smooth resolution, I am now stuck fighting to get a refund for something I paid for but never received. A company of this size should handle customer issues more responsibly and with transparency. At this point, my confidence in Temu has been completely shaken.
