Really bad. I wanted to like this company, as I like their range of tennis gear. My order arrived fine but I had to return some items as they are the wrong size.
That was over a month ago and still no refund. No response to emails other than there was a problem with my refund and they'll escalate it to accounts asap, which was 2 weeks ago.
So I've had to pursue other methods to get a refund, hoping they'll work.
Overall I would advise avoid the stress and the hassle and avoid this company unfortunately.
