I have a hard time giving Tennis Point Sweden even 1 star. I've ordered a box of tennis balls (18 cans) and a pack of overgrips (30 in one pack). Instead, I have received 1 can of balls and 3 overgrips (wrong brand). What a sh*t! No phone number to call, and they do not answer emails. It took over 10 days to receive an email from them, in which they don't even take responsibility but ask me to return the items and only then will they refund. I told them off, asked to take responsibility, and just send over my order or refund the whole amount. Again, radio silence for 10 days. Then, the same bulshit over and over. It's already 2 months and I still haven't been refunded, nor got my order. Shame!
