I'm getting suspicious. The website buttons for contacting them and for getting a return label and even for my account are inoperative. I have shoes I need to return and spoke to a person yesterday who said he sent me a return label directly to my email. It has not arrived, and this person did not even ask for my order number. Today they are not answering their phone. I guess my recourse will be to return the shoes and dispute the charge with the credit card company, which I don't want to do, but the reviews that indicate poor to no customer service seem to be accurate at this point. I'll write again if this is just a blip.
