Simply, I have been befrauded by these facelace scammers. I was urgently looking for a car to hire for my driving test, booked and twice from thire site as they added additional PayPal like to get people's money without a form. They texted me with the word "IMPOSSIBLE" and deducted 9 pounds from each of the payments I made before refund. Note that they needed to make full refund if service is unavailable. I imagine how many deductions they make in a day. Another 9 pounds was also taken from my account. Today, they emailed me the following: "Do you have now made a second payment and we have refunded you any future payments via our website will not be refunded and this message will be saved as evidence against you do not book again" Please be aware..
