“Test car1 is the best offer very good intructor And TOM Is the best instructor i just passed my test with no faults at all i recomend anyone if needed”
“Simply, I have been befrauded by these facelace scammers. I was urgently looking for a car to hire for my driving test, booked and twice from thire site as they added additional PayPal like to get people's money without a form.
They texted me with the word "IMPOSSIBLE" and deducted 9 pounds from each of the payments I made before refund.
Note that they needed to make full refund if service is unavailable. I imagine how many deductions they make in a day. Another 9 pounds was also taken from my account.
Today, they emailed me the following:
"Do you have now made a second payment and we have refunded you any future payments via our website will not be refunded and this message will be saved as evidence against you do not book again"
Please be aware..”
“This company and its employees should be banned. Just look at their website! Are you guys on crack or something to trust this website for exchanging your personal/financial information?
After I sent an e-mail to 'testcar1.com' explaining my requests and left the computer room, I have received a text from '07477101***' - without any context:
07477101***: Website bookings please
Me: excuse me?
07477101***: You have visited our website already I have not completed your booking
Me: But I don't know what your website is?
Then found out that 'testcar1.com' has sent me the following e-mail:
Book online only here >

PS: On 18 March 2023 at 20:31, I have received another intimidating text from this poor company:
"Nice review! But not as nice as our response! Have a great evening!"
And I have texted them back: "If you send me another intimidating text, I will go to the Police." Let's see what happens.
And their text back: "... We hope you enjoyed our response as in nips it in the bud for people just like you !!!"
At 21:08, they abusively keep texting me. I am going to go to the Police, and submit a complaint.
PS-2: On 22 March 2023, I have received another unprovoked text from this person:
"Will you get a life please it's getting very very very boring now (yawn)".
Please note that I have not replied any of the aforementioned abusive texts.”
“Amazing legitimate company no idea what that weirdo is talking about.
Screenshot this and screenshot that.
In simple terms they booked me in and I passed my driving test.
5*”
“This is a gang not an UK business
I have found their services on search engines and because of positive feedback I decided to deal with them. I've been using my PC to access the website and I noticed their contact mobile number was displayed at the top so I've decided to give them a call. I've called twice and nobody picked up. After approx. a minute I received a SMS (see screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/vues0n)
Because I've been already on their website trying to understand their poor website functionality and because I didn't find the way to book I eventually clicked on the link they've sent via SMS. I was typing my personal details and test date and when almost to complete the booking I am receiving another SMS (see screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/vuepmc). I've been frustrated because I've been spending some time on their website + I've submitted some information to them. The second message showed me that these people are very hateful which I will prove in a bit. I quit with the booking and sent them a message about my frustration. The second day right before 9AM I got a new SMS message with the link to book the service. I accessed the link from my mobile phone and I noticed that they asked for some personal details and the driving test time and location without any information input fields, so I just typed all the data they required and hit enter.
After the payment has been done I realised that I wasn't asked about the meeting point and I've sent them an email requesting further information and mentioning about the meeting point, which again they failed to read and support, instead they canceled my booking and then I've received this email from them. (see screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/vuetf3) I did left a negative feedback last night when they sent me the SMS after I been wasting my time on their website, i told them about that and I would have it edited and add more stars if the service will end well.
After their last email and seeing their wishes about my driving test I replied in this way (see screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/vuevt7) and then I got this message from them (See screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/vuezsj) Well, this message makes me feel uncomfortable because such low class people have my personal details, not because they will pass my details to an instructor to fail me but because whoever talk to you in this way have no character at all and you can expect retaliation. Here is another reply from them (See screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/vuf1ao)
At the end of this I would like to add that I've been checking their company number which should be exposed on their website, or at least a company name... I couldn't find anything, I guess they are operating without a license and perhaps untraceable.
I've noticed they have good reviews and I don't know how they got them considering the support they have and the website functionality.
I've been reading their negative on google and although there are many less negative than positive, you could clearly see what kind of people are those when things doesn't go well for them.”
