Bought a sofa for 14,347 DKK (2,000 EUR-ish), and after a long delivery time, it arrived damaged—with a hole in the bottom measuring 40 x 25 cm. They refer to their warranty policy, and without having read it, I’m sure they’re technically within their rights. They wrote: “A hole in the bottom lining does not qualify for a warranty claim. You can either leave the fabric as it is or remove it entirely if it’s sticking out from under the sofa.” Regardless of the rules, it’s honestly pretty disappointing to spend 15,000 DKK / 2,000 EUR on a sofa that arrives with such a large hole!
