The mechanism for raising and lowering the plug in my wash basin was not working. The plumber replaced the plug and said everything was ok. I was charged a total of £180 for 15 mins work. The plug was the incorrect size and the mechanism still did not work. I got someone else in who just tightened up a bolt and the problem was fixed. He did not charge me as it only took 5 mins.What poor service.
