Update on a previous review. I eventually got through to them and after missed appointments the origin plumber came. He spent 10 minutes "looking" at the problem and then told me the problem was with the shower screen. What utter nonsense. If that was the problem there would be water on the bathroom floor. However, we have replaced the shower screen to no avail. The shower is still leaking. I shall endeavour to engage a reliable plumber and recommend that this company is never used.
