As a landlord, I called these guys to a tenanted property in Ebbsfleet. The problem was a boiler with a pressure repeatedly dropping. I asked that they investigate and rectify the issue.
Instead they topped up the boiler vial the filling loop, a 30 second job that the tenant had been doing daily to keep the boiler firing. They did not investigate the underlying issue and charged me £198 (they had taken my bank details prior to attending) despite me calling up and saying that they had not done what I had requested.
