Engineer came to my house and claimed he had changed a valve, well he did not and lied to us with an extra bill of £90. He also time wasted on remedial adjustments that was not necessary and billed us for £750 with the downstairs heating still not working. They are sharks and luckily for me I did not pay and now they are trying to get their money back. Old and vulnerable people will become victims of these scammers. Please, please avoid at all costs.
