They claim NO CALL-OUT fee - it's correct - they charge £62.50 per half hour - but the MINIMUM you will pay is £125 plus VAT - because you HAVE to pay for at least one hour - meaning, if like my brother your job is done in 3 minutes, you pay £125 not £62.50.
HEY: iI've got a new name for that: it's CALL-OUT FEE, right....?
