Called the local plumbers as leaking pipe under bath. He made me sign - do not do this as you are being scammed! - He told me exactly what I already knew, did NO work and charged me £195!!!! - He was there for 20 mins. I questioned this -he was dismissive, stated that other people said "thank you" and that he had 'investigated' the issue- What a pile of pants!!! - I feel totally conned and am thinking reporting to trading standards is the way we should all go. I did call the company up - They said their terms were made clear - Hmmm - trained to talk unclearly so as to rip people off...I honestly do not know how some people can be this 'wrong'.
