Used this company to replace faulty thermostat in shower unit - came for 45 minutes and charged £198 for diagnosis, told me I had to order the part myself another £117 then said company charges another £198 for installing the part. This is what is meant by rip off/exploitation/fleecing. I thought when I contacted them the diagnosis, part and labour would be included not over £500 to install a thermostat!!
