This is a Zero Star!!!! I'm writing to warn others about my disappointing experience with this company. Their services were advertised as 62.50 for half an hour work, but was charged an hour for a less than 15mins work Specifically, I found their practices to be misleading, with promises that weren't fulfilled. Given the issues I encountered, such as hidden fees and poor communication, I believe their business practices are questionable. I would not recommend this company to others without serious caution. Hopefully, they'll take steps to improve their services and transparency. Kay
