The plumber, Luke, was here for 15mins this am. He talked most of the time. Advised needing to replace toilet as sorting parts would take a lot of time. Said he could undertake the work privately! Received an invoice for £198.00. I refused services as I felt company to be totally trustworthy and unscrupulous. I am nearly 80 and my husband has Alzheimer’s and frankly could do without this stress. Cannot pay this bill!
