I first discovered this hot sauce decades ago while visiting Belize. It was on every restaurant table. Delighted to be able to buy this in the states. Truly my favorite hot sauce made with carrots which gives it a nice flavorful texture without blowing your head off with heat. A well balanced flavorful condiment.
