I knew Mr. Allan Sharp very well. I visited the sugar mill in Belize multiple times and sold the two outdoor cane-handling cranes to him. I used to stay at either the hotel in Orange Walk Towne or the New River Lodge.
It was at the lodge restaurant I first tried your hot sauce. Brought a bunch home and have many friends that are avid users.
