I've been using Marie's for several years & absolutely love the rich flavors available (with Beware being my favorite...). Born & raised in Louisiana, I love my hot sauce(s) but Marie's takes top billing, by far. Marie's sauces are not thin & vinegary nor are they blistering hot just for the sake of being hot - but thick, rich & bursting with FLAVOR - in addition to the heat. Highly, highly recommended.
