Marie's hot sauces are the best combination of flavor and heat out there. Beware is our go-to hot sauce, though we also use a lot of the original red/orange sauce and the green nopales sauce. And their red hornet pepper sauce is exquisite -- I've never tasted anything that hot that actually tasted good, and this stuff tastes /great/. Finally, they now sell many of their sauces by the gallon. I've been waiting for this for years. Plus, their customer service was excellent when there was a question about our shipping address. I will purchase sauces from Marie's as long as they offer them.
