Just contacting you to say I'm so chuffed with my The Shade experience. Your consult (very impressive diagnosis!) as well as the shopping, and delivery - and then to unbox such a beautifully thought out package. Was not expecting shampoo, barrier cream, gloves or mini cape (I was probably in too much of a rush to read about that) And the clips/mixing dish and brush were a brilliant. Easy to follow steps - though I had to take over from my nervous husband (😆) but he did the back of my head. So stoked with the result - this will literally save me over a thousand dollars this year. Am definitely subscribing now. Please pass on my thoughts to the team - I wish I'd known about this years ago. As an avid Aveda user (that's all my sensitive scalp will allow) I am so excited to have found an at home alternative that won't make me break out in hives.
