I bought a flute thumbrest. It arrived missing the adjustment screw and I could not follow the minimal instructions of how to put on the silicon pad. (they did not say say which way around or exactly where it went.) I asked them to give me the exact measurement of the screw so that I could buy it locally and better instructions for how to put on the silicon pad.
They replied in a form letter ASKING FOR PHOTOS BEFORE THEY WOULD DO ANYTHING!
They didn't even read my email.
Brainless and terrible customer support.
