Sent them an email inquiring if a drum they featured on their web site was actually in stock, since all other stores I've contacted have said it's on back order due to chain supply issues. Got a snarky screenshot with an arrow pointing at the words "In Stock" on their web site. That kind of unprofessional reply made me search for reviews on the company, which let me here and naturally made me change my mind about doing business with them.
