Thomann has made me lost time and money by sending me defective products and when I requested a replacement they opted to give me a refund which means that I had to pay the PayPal fees Dior nothing,

A truly great company there service is 2nd to none I’ve now bought Harley Benton SC 550 II Black cherry flame / GS Travel mahogany acoustic / both these guitars were superbly packaged and were ready to play and are awesome / 20 watt amp I had to return due to a problem and this shows how good Thomann are refunded my money and I bought Marshall 30 watt again well packaged and is a great amp / bought several items strings etc and all I can say is these guys deserve respect for the quality performance etc and nothing seems to be a problem there staff always reply to all my emails in fact I’m waiting to hear from them about HB 35 plus black which there waiting for deliveries and they said I’ll get email when in stock one word sums these up AWESOME

I bought a microphone from Thomann that turned out to be defective. I’m not going to mention the manufacturer because every once in a while, these things happen and it’s certainly not Thomann’s fault. I reported it to Thomann, they asked me to send them a short video of the mic malfunctioning and now a replacement mic will soon be on its way to me. My issue was handled promptly and flawlessly. This is my first purchase from Thomann but it won’t be my last. A very professional outfit!

Compré dos altavoces a Thomann. Uno llegó correctamente, pero el segundo figura como entregado a una persona desconocida que no vive en mi domicilio. He reclamado, enviado los formularios que me pidieron y sigo esperando una solución. La respuesta es muy lenta y Thomann me remite a DHL lavandose las manos lo cual me resulta inaceptable ya que mi relación comercial es con ellos y no con DHL. Mientras tanto, he pagado un producto que no tengo y necesito urgentemente para trabajar. El altavoz que sí recibí funciona bien, pero la gestión del problema ha sido decepcionante. Muy mala experiencia en atención postventa.

Thomann has come through for me every time. Somehow the shipping from Germany to the USA is faster than NYC to NJ. Prices are better. And you more inventory than many other stores.

Soy de Argentina. Con las complicaciones que eso implica al traer instrumentos musicales. Pero compré una guitarra ibanez Q547PB que tenian en su B-stock que llegó padeciendo el transporte, pero, al mismo tiempo el empaque de Thomann sirvió para proteger la guitarra. Realmente al llegar pasaron muchas cosas con la aduana pero, Thomann en todo momento respondió ante todo inconveniente. Me acompañaron en el proceso de reclamo con el Correo que elegí para su despacho, y me ofrecieron compensaciones por maltrato que recibió el paquete al llegar a mí país y a mí provincia. Realmente son muy atentos y profesionales tanto sus vendedores como su departamento de exportación y su departamento de administración. Te dan tranquilidad saber que en todo momento te dan respuestas. La guitarra? Excelente estado de conservación para ser B-stock y eso habla de como cuidan incluso los instrumentos que usan de muestra. Voy a dejar una reseña también en la página de la guitarra ibanez. El envío a Argentina es uno de los más baratos del mercado. Además me ofrecieron buscar otra guitarra que quería y lo hicieron exhaustivamente. Obviamente voy a volver a comprar (es mí segunda compra, antes compré una ibanez S520wb) Excelentes!

Wow! The service from this company was amazingly impressive. From the user friendly website to the phenomenal cost of product, to the checkout options, I thought “good company”. But it was not until my package arrived in less than a week internationally that my rating review soared to golly wow, Musikhaus Thomann is above and beyond great! Living in the USA, I was hesitant to order a large e-drum kit from halfway around the world, but Thomanns great prices and positive customer reviews convinced me to take the chance. I could not be happier! Delivery was surprisingly fast and the product was very well packaged and complete. After several months, I discovered an issue with a feature I had not yet used in the drums control module. Thomanns customer service quickly walked me through a software upgrade the next day and when that did not fix the problem they contacted the manufacturer and had the part I needed shipped to me and at my door at no additional cost, much sooner than I had expected. I can't get customer service this fast and reliable from businesses in my home town! These folks are friendly, proffesional and quick to respond. To everyone in customer service, a huge thank you! I'll be buying from you again soon!

I purchased a Harley Benton Fusion III EMG B stock from the wonderful folks over at Thomann and it arrived to me in the US with zero blemishes which was absolutely stunning! The packaging was simply perfect. After receiving the guitar, I noticed one of the humbuckers was making a crackling noise that was a bit temperamental. I then contacted Egor over at Thomann and he was kind enough to diagnose the issue and send over a preamp for me to install and now my guitar is a complete dream to play! :) I could not be happier with the customer service over at Thomann as well as their amazing build quality of guitars.
